Pre-heat oven to 475 F
Unthaw phyllo dough and brush each with melted butter around edges and then through the center in the shape of the letter X
Repeat and layer 5 sheets together
Mix Silver Floss or Krrrrrisp Sauerkraut, gruyere cheese, walnuts, and asparagus.
Add half the mixture on one ed of the dough and roll once
Add the remaining mixture and roll again
Seal with butter
Bake until golden brown, about 30 minutes
Serve over arugala leaves and drizzle with dressing.
