I am big into keeping fit and eating healthy, but I just couldn’t get into sauerkraut. I even knew how healthy it was! But, I was determined to start eating a serving every day to reap the health benefits. I started by chopping up about a ½ cup into my own special mixture of veggies and I couldn’t believe how much excitement it added to my dish. It was tangy and complemented the veggies nicely. I’ve added a little more sauerkraut every time and it has truly grown on me. I’ve even eaten it right out of the jar! I’ve created more delicious and nutritious meals thanks to sauerkraut!
